By creating an account or using the Limavady Hockey Club app you agree to these Terms of Use and the Club's Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The app is for members and prospective members of Limavady Hockey Club. You must be 16 or over, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to register. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.
The app is provided to support club activities — check-ins, attendance, matches, selections, awards, availability and finances. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the app honestly, for example registering your own attendance and recording results truthfully.
You must not misuse the app, submit false data, attempt to access other members' private information you are not authorised to see, or use the app in a way that harms the Club, its members or Base44.
Information you provide about medical conditions, allergies and emergency contacts is shared with club officials for your welfare. It is guidance only and does not replace professional medical advice. You are responsible for keeping it accurate and up to date.
Match fees and float features are for tracking club money between members. Where in-app payments are available they are handled by the Club's payment provider; no card details are stored by the app.
We aim to keep the app running smoothly but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Content such as fixtures and sessions may change. Routine web updates are applied without a new store submission.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
